Arbonne International contacted TFT Consulting in late 2005 with the need to fully upgrade its eCommerce systems. Arbonne had deployed several in-house application solutions in order to keep pace with brisk demand for their products. However, as their business grew scalability became an issue. TFT was called in to assist in implementing an upgrade to their systems.

Challenge:

After reviewing Arbonne’s systems, it was clear that the applications that were in place would not continue to sustain the companies growing eCommerce business. Several items needed to be addressed:

• Interactivity with legacy systems
• In-house applications were not well documented
• Disparate systems for different departments

Solution:

TFT implemented a number of solutions in order to improve the scalability and capabilities of Arbonne’s systems. These included:

• Assisted with the implementation of a new ERP system
• Complete documentation of existing applications and their touch points
• Migration of websites and backend tools onto a common server platform

Results:

TFT provided Arbonne with the knowledge and best industry practices to improve it’s website and back end systems in order to meet the needs of it’s growing business.
